Six business documents; Quotations, Order Acknowledgements, Order Despatch Notifications, Sales Invoices, Sales Credits and Statements are setup and processed by the e-Document solution, converted to PDF format and sent out as email attachments. Alternatively, they made be sent or collected via a specified network or over the Internet.

This saves on paper, saves on postage costs, eliminates rekeying of data and has obvious environmental benefits. In addition, high quality document formatting ensures professional looking documentation. It was also very important for the One Group that the company’s image and corporate identity be maintained.
